This practice is very efficiently run. From the beginning they kept me informed of my application details, paperwork status and confirmed my appointment. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Dr, Gilmore is very engaging and listened to my questions and concerns. I was able to get x-rays right away in the same place which is great. We reviewed the results and came up with options for me to consider based on my preference and finances. I appreciate the honesty about costs and how the doctor is willing to work within my budget. I felt seen and understood by the doctor and his team. The building itself is older, but everything was spotless. I’m thrilled with how this appointed went and plan to continue attending this practice.

Everything was good except he prescribed a medication that I cannot take as I am allergic to is primary ingredient, aspirin. Good think I read the label!
Dr Gilmore and his staff are super attentive, personable, and professional. I highly recommend Dr Gilmore. He is very knowledgeable of foot problems and his office is fully functional with X-ray and laser equipment. He seems to generally care about his patients’ wellbeing. It takes awhile to get an initial appointment which is understandable in our area. The wait time before being seen by the doctor was about 30 minutes which again didn’t bother me.

Today’s visit was excellent. After previously going to the ER and Patient First for my painful, swollen foot without improvement over the past 22 days, I finally found answers here. Dr. Shalin Panchigar identified the problem and prescribed the right medication. His assistant, Angie, was professional and made me feel comfortable. Overall, the office provided a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it.

I can't recommend this office or Dr. Panchigar enough. I came to him for a second opinion after another podiatrist left me with no explanation and no relief. Within minutes of walking into the exam room, he knew exactly what the problem was and gave a thorough explanation. He addressed some of the symptoms I was having before I even had a chance to tell him about them. He's very personable and knows how to explain things in a way that's easy to understand without dumbing them down. And most importantly, just one week after starting his treatment plan I have experienced so much relief. After months of pain and trouble walking, I couldn't be more grateful. But it's not just him that's amazing! All of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I could remember my nurse's name because she was so sweet and efficient at the same time and deserves a shout-out! There was also next to no wait and x-rays took only a few minutes. Absolutely no complaints!
