Awful. Gave me a different doctor than I singed up for. Receptionist ignored my appointment time and told me “the appointment starts when the doctor is ready”. 20 mins before my actual appointment. Doctor prescribed me medication and told me to cut my other medication cold turkey, when talking to the pharmacy they highly recommended me not to listen due to the withdrawal symptoms. Treated this like I had leg pain and needed a new medication, not like i was an actual person with problems. Would never recommend. I’m so disappointed because the reviews are were so good.

Dr. Bresch is a breathe of fresh air! His bedside manner is absolutely unmatched. He has so much knowledge on anxiety and my medication and offered a nonjudgmental point of view while explaining how they may affect short term and long term. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in need of anxiety treatment. I am very grateful to have found such a down to earth psychiatrist in my time of need.

Dr. Bresch was the first doctor to truly get down to the bottom of my sleep issues and made sure we have the right plan. He is so informative and helpful and I can't recommend him enough.

Dr. David Bresch was incredibly helpful with my symptoms while undergoing something that could escalate into a crisis. I'm very glad to have chosen and been seen by him and would recommend him to anyone with debilitating anxiety or panic attacks. He also assisted me with physical symptoms I was suffering from, as well as psychological symptoms. I would recommend him to anybody seeking someone who is down-to-earth and doesn't play games or beat around the bush.

I waited for my appointment, I never got a link. I called the office, the guy initially said I had no appointment and after I corrected them they then said that I was booked for an in-person appointment even though I see on my screen that it is a video call, they confirmed the appointment was for 3:30Pm but they also said that the staff is in lunch from 3-4Pm, so why did they offer that time slot? I asked them to reschedule me for the next day and said I would receive a call in the morning… I never received any type of correspondence from these people the following day. Stay away.

My appointment with Pam the nurse practitioner from AZZ was exceptional! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and patient, but she also took the time to break everything down in a way that a layman such as myself could thoroughly understand. This was my first time doing this type of experience as far as seeing a doctor via video. I scheduled my appt 2 days in advance. I followed every step. And I was supposed to receive an email explain how I connect to the video call and I never received one! I called the doctors office 3 times and never got a call back or an email. I tried giving it a chance and unfortunately it seems like I have to just do it the old fashioned way lol.
