My experience with Dr. Hiers was amazing. She’s a great listener and communicator who really takes the time to explain everything clearly. I appreciated how she not only asked thoughtful questions but also broke down the psychology behind them after I responded. What stood out the most was how understanding and solution-focused she was, helping me identify the right steps toward bettering myself. Overall, I felt supported and informed and yes, I would definitely go back.

He didn’t even turn his camera on, refused to refill my medication. Told me he can give me a week supply and find someone else. There were other people talking to him in his ear after my replies. I think there’s shady business going on.

They rescheduled my appointment without contacting me. They claimed that they tried to call me to reschedule but I received no calls. They were supposed to send me instructions about my appointment but never did nor did they contact me at the time of my appointment, I had to call them to see why nothing was sent 10 minutes before the appointment. They request to call me back but when they called they asked again to reschedule for 5pm when the appointment was for 11:30am with no regards to the fact that I’ve already been rescheduled. Very disappointing and frustrating. (Ask them for proof of all their claims because I received not one call, voicemail, or email)

After waiting in the office for 30 minutes, was informed doctor was "stuck in traffic" had to reschedule to a telehealth visit 2 days later.
Dr. Briefly took some information from me and recommended a prescription which he has not been able to send to the pharmacy after days.
Ultimately accomplishing nothing but wasted time and gas.

He seemed like he would be a great therapist, he is only taking new patients for medical management. He is not taking patients for therapy. This was not specified on zoc doc. I want to try talk therapy first before going on meds.
