Capital Radiosurgery Centers
Capital Radiosurgery Centers (CRC) is an independent, value-based radiation oncology platform based in Halethorpe, Maryland, with a second facility planned in Prince George’s County (Q4 2027). CRC delivers a differentiated, SBRT-focused model designed to achieve equal or better clinical outcomes with reduced toxicity and significantly lower cost—averaging over $15,000 in savings per patient compared to hospital-based care.
CRC also offers Low-Dose Radiation Therapy (LDRT), a non-invasive treatment that uses targeted, low-dose radiation to reduce inflammation and relieve joint pain associated with osteoarthritis and other chronic conditions—typically completed in a few brief outpatient visits without surgery, injections, or downtime.
Validated through an active partnership with a major national payer, CRC’s Halethorpe facility has treated over 2,300 patients in just over three years. Conveniently located near BWI Airport and within 45 minutes of major VA medical centers in Baltimore, Washington, and Martinsburg, the center is equipped with CyberKnife S7 and TrueBeam with IDENTIFY systems and has capacity to treat more than 2,100 patients annually.
CRC offers rapid access to care, with average treatment start times of approximately 7 days—compared to 33–49 days at many regional providers.
