My first time there and it was excellent! Ms. Chen was friendly, thorough and patient. She listened, discussed my issues and answered my questions. I came from Fredericksburg, Va. and it was well worth the distance.
The office staff, nurse assistant were great also. I am so glad I found her on ZOCDOC. Ms. Chen is definitely 5 stars, Actually, 10 stars for me!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at this provider’s office. The front desk staff were rude, the check-in process was confusing, and the doctor seemed rushed and uninterested in my concerns. I was told I would be contacted with my test results, but I never received a call. Additionally, the staff kept me waiting unnecessarily and appeared disorganized. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and left me uncertain about returning or recommending this provider.
