From the moment we walked in we were greated. And did not have to wait to long to be seen. Ms. Nikki was very understanding that I had to explain to my sister Vilma what the procedure going to be done since she's deaf. And when the doctor came very nice and understood as well. In the past Stephen Bane was my doctor in this office, and was extremely satisfied. This particular visit was made in the morning, through Zoc Doc, and I was seen that afternoon. Maria was the medical assistant, who is a warm yet professional. This visit I was treated by Anthony Perozich. He was informative, detailed and patient with all my questions as well as having an engaging personality.

Sarah Lovato was serious but friendly and to the point, on track with exactly what pertained to the issue I came in with. A nurse had taken x ray images of my head to show my sinuses and the doctor went over those results during my appointment that same day. She gave her best diagnosis of what she believed my current issue is based on my sinus anatomy and general sinus functions as well as other comorbid symptoms for which she suggested seeing other specialists if needed. She prescribed a nasal spray medication that would be useful to my ongoing intermittent issues and suggested seeing a GI doctor and considering an over the counter pepsid medication for heartburn issues.
