I went to the clinic in search of help in dealing with my weight. I felt more like in a therapist's office than a nutritionist. Visited 3 times. No real advice was given other than what I was already doing.

While my appointment wasn't with Christine, I had a great consultation with Samantha. She was very polite, asked great questions, and seem to really care about my personal journey. I felt very relaxed and eased, not judged at all. This has given me a new lease of life through nutrition. Can't wait for my next session.

This provider was trying to multitask during my zoom call. She was eating and drinking and not listening. She was just all over the place. I didn't feel like she prepared for my visit and that was obvious enough in her presentation. She was clicking on her computer and not directing her attention to me. I asked to speak with someone else and her response was "why" I called back to her office and left a message to speak with another person and nobody ever called me back.

this provider is not able to treat you unless you have diagnostic test results from a different provider. I do not ever receive physical paperwork for my diagnosis, so I asked to have a new evaluation done. This provider does not preform evaluations. Frustrating that the appointment was a waste of money.
Aside from that, their office is constantly calling me and leaving new messages asking me to schedule more appointments, when this provider is not capable of helping me in any way.

I felt heard with Ms Eden, she prescribed me some medication that others wouldnt because they dont listen to your problems but she did and I hopefully gonna get the results I want for my anxiety

Dr. Eden was absolutely fantastic, and I felt comfortable speaking with her right from the start. She was a wonderful listener and provided reassurance to me when needed and took the time to educate me on mental health. My first session with her was one of the best sessions I've ever had with a mental health professional - so it just goes to show how comfortable she makes you feel!

I waited for my virtual appointment for over an hour. I was logged in ahead of time, and the provider never attended the appointment. I called the office twice to check to see if the provider was aware i was waiting in the virtual waiting room, the staff that answered the phone was very nice and sent a message to the nurse practitioner but she nver responded. I understand medical providers run behind, but a phone call from someone to apologize would have been nice, even if it was hours later. I'm still waiting for someone to call me to reschedule the appointment. Hopefully, they don't waste my time a 2nd time.
