Overall my experience was great, the doctor & his assistant were very professional, he made me laugh a couple times but also informed me how important it is to get this handled. The dr explained to me that it was detrimental to my life & a very serious issue, I’m thankful for the info because I had no idea how serious my condition was

I think something is changing in that office. I went in for a cleaning and a x-ray however, when they’re done with my x-rays, they asked if I wanted my cleaning today and I said why wouldn’t I and then they said the hygienist left for lunch so if I came back in two weeks when they will hear back from my insurance, I can get my cleaning then and they can do the rest of my work, however, when I went back, clearly, the insurance had not gotten back to them because it takes a month at least not two weeks. Everyone in the office was arguing with one another, and the person that was finally doing my cleaning was in an arguments with other people in the office that I could clearly hear. I am never going back. I will get my work done at a different dentist in fact, I’m flying back all the way to Washington DC just to get the Work done. I do not trust any of these people here. ?

This office was not only clean, but it also smelled good. The rest room was clean the staff was friendly. I knew exactly what was happening to me during my exam and what to expect. This was the best dental visit for me in a LONG time. Thank you.

Hadn’t been to the dentist in almost five years got my X-rays and exam done. Doc comes in explains to me what I’ve got going on (gum recession) tells me plan of action and says I have the option to get deep cleaning today or reschedule. I decided to get it done and besides the shots in the mouth it wasn’t that bad dentist did a great job and was funny which always helps.

I had a great time at my consultation at Capital Dental Group! Everyone was very friendly and made me feel welcome and relaxed. My concerns were addressed well and I made some follow up appointments to address other concerns.

Everyone was super friendly and gave clear information. Dr. White and all of the other professionals there were great, did what they needed properly and quickly, always making sure I was comfortable. I hate going to the dentist, but even with a root canal I had a good experience there.

I made an appointment here at 11:15 am through Zocdoc, but for some reason the appointment was booked for an hour earlier on their internal system. So, Front desk wound up calling me at 10:20 am to ask where I was, but when I called them back to let them know about my actual appointment time, there was no issue at all with moving it to the time that I had booked. His staff are extremely accommodating and welcoming!
Dr. White did an amazing job, especially for someone who had not been to a dentist in many years. I was quite anxious to go into a dental office, but Dr. White and his staff made me feel like I was heard and comfortable.
My favorite dentist within an hour!!! :)

Dr. White and the staff were awesome. I had put off going to the dentist for a while, but everyone there made my experience quick, easy, and enjoyable. Dr. White did an incredible job of assessing and cleaning my teeth. I will be coming back to him from now on and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a friendly dentist.
