As much as people don’t like coming to a dentist, it is always comfortable here. I feel that Drs. Dupity, Nini and Elisea all care about their patients. It’s a very welcoming atmosphere.

I wished they informed me about insurance coverage of fluoride they applied onto m teeth, knowing that they already did that to me 6 months earlier. They knew that insurance covers only once a year, so they should asked me if I wanted the second one within the space of one year and that the cost would be borne by me. They didn’t. They just applied an charged me after the fact. T Not how any goods or services are sold. You ask the customer first if s/he wants it. I was not happy with this kind of transaction.

I knew going in what I wanted done. Dr. Dubey fixed those problems expertly, and mentioned other problems that she had noticed. She didn't push me to get them done, which I appreciate. I recommend her and this practice without reservation.

Wish I could give 100 stars! Such friendly stuff and parts of the procedures I've had issues with in the past were so much easier here. They also were super up front about cost, ran my insurance, gave me an itemized breakdown and even worked with me at the front desk calling companies to help me get payment help. I have a lot of work to get done and knew that going in and I truly feel like I picked the best possible place to go.

The dental assistant was very friendly and thorough. The orthodontist finished the thorough job with a mouth camera, thorough tooth inspection, and professional evaluation of my dental health.
