My entire experience with Dr. Conrad has been nothing but positive, from our initial meeting in the hospital prompted by an unusual and unexpected condition that requiring the urgent need for his excellent surgery to all post-op interactions. I was especially impressed by his voluntary and apparently extensive research among colleagues and in medical literature regarding my somewhat rare illness to ascertain the proper "next steps" in treatment. That professionalism coupled with his calm, reassuring demeanor causes me to recommend Dr. Conrad very highly and without reservation. His office staff deserves praise as well.

Horrible, the Doctor wasn’t even on site, I paid $45 Uber to get there, they didn’t even bother to call and let you know about Doctors absence. Bad service!!!!

The staff blamed zocdoc for not being aware of my appointment. The doctor wasn't there on Wednesdays and they had no clue who I was. I drove an hour and paid for parking for no reason.
