Had my annual visit with Dr. Le yesterday, and I couldn’t be more pleased! She is incredibly kind, personable, and knowledgeable. The staff at Pearle Vision was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Dr. Le and the team at Pearle Vision for anyone in the area who needs an eye checkup or glasses. Great service from start to finish!

Dr. Le Nguyen is kind, welcoming, and super professional. She is a good listener and always willing to take the time to answer as many questions and provide explanations about vision health and eye care. It also goes along way that her support staff are on top of things, are willing to walkthrough and present as many options so that you feel you are getting the most out of your visit. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

The staff was new and not knowledgeable about my insurance. They quoted me the wrong amount for my prescription glasses using my own frame! I spoke with my insurance regarding the situation. I will go back to speak to someone in that location or shop around, this week.

Dr. Le is Amazing! Me and my son just over here from Nashville and back home he had an eye specialist that he went to regularly because he has Coloboma in one eye. All of this has been like a foreign language to me on fully understand the whys and hows but Dr. Le explained everything in a way that made sense to me and my son. She has a lot of patience and literally was with us for over an hour giving my son as many options to help his condition as possible. He settled on having just the 1 contact in the Coloboma eye and now almost 2 hours later he’s so happy saying “dad, I can finally see”! This experience with Dr. Le was amazing and I highly recommend her to anyone that’s in need of great service because me and my son both left happy and with a plan to help get this eye going in the right direction. We are both beyond grateful!

Such a pleasure. Dr. Kristine is amazing. She shows a genuine interest and a passion for her craft. I have very poor eyesight and i am 36. I’ve struggled with my eyes all my life and always get brushed off by my doctors because my eyes are such a challenge. She was the first person to show care , interest and advocate for me. She took the time to answer any questions I had and educated me on my condition as well referred me to a specialist. Amazing service by her and her staff . Thank you!
