The barrage of texts in the days leading up to my appointment reminding me of said appointment and demanding that I respond were terrible. I finally had to block the number they were coming from to stop them. Two or three would have been sufficient, not eight. The exam process was minimalistic at best. The whole process was very mechanical and by the numbers. I never felt like there was there was any personal interest in my overall eye health. Rather the exam seemed like all they wanted to do was just sell me a new pair of frames and lenses. When I inquired about a second set of lenses to be made with my existing frames I went into sticker shock at the price tag.
