This was a great experience all around. Listened to what I came in for and took the time to field any and all additional questions before the appointment wrapped up. Office itself was well kept and everything ran smoothly.

He was nice but very busy. The main issues with my scalp were completely ignored until the end. I was told I needed psychiatric help (which great if the psychiatrist wasn’t my referral). And when I brought up issues with my hair he said, “well I’m not sure what’s happening or what you’ve gone through. Go to a salon”.
He wasn’t rude, but give the sensitive circumstances and his hard it has been to find any doctor to help, it genuinely felt crushing and I left in tears.

Wonderful experience with the entire staff here. Dr Cox is incredibly professional and kind. I felt super comfortable and listened to. His medical assistant was wonderful too!

I felt rushed and not heard. I could tell he was in a hurry to finish the appointment. He interrupted me multiple times and didn’t even address all of the issues I came in for before walking out the door. He told me the gold standard treatment for my condition would never be covered by insurance and he wasn’t willing to do the paperwork on his end to fight for it because it was a waste of time. I honestly left with a new prescription and feeling totally hopeless. I work in healthcare in a clinical/patient facing role and understand that these providers are overworked but just can’t excuse the poor quality of care. I won’t be going back.

Doctor was great, I felt very supported and validated. The only challenge is that they didn't run my insurance before so I had to wait for awhile, but everyone was very nice. Great experience & definitely recommend.

I feel like I voiced my concerns about malassezia a fungul infection but they were completely disregarded/ ignored. I received 0 information on that skin problem. And was not examined at all. I was told. Don't pick, it looks like staff, and given "the same thing he has hundreds of patients on." So yeah idk if I would recommend. I wish my concerns were considered valid and thoroughly discussed. If it does turn out to be fungal the medication he prescribed will do more Famagusta than good. So I'm left worried with 0 information and a million concerns / questions. The office was alsi hard to get to, especially with my low mobility S/O

Zocdoc let me book an appointment that the office didn’t have available, so the office had to call me to reschedule. The wait was also about 40 minutes, but other than that, everything was great!
