First, I was looking for an ear, nose, and throat doctor, but Zocdoc referred me to a primary doctor at Carbon Health! Why? I went to the office, they told me I didn't have an appointment, and then the doctor said he was a general practitioner. Of course, I paid money and they didn't help me because I needed an ENT specialist! So, it was a waste of time. I had to ask my husband to babysit, but he took time off work.
