Overall good appointment! More did not like that I had to fill out forms when I got there when I had previously filled out online. Not a big deal butterflies would be nice to not have that.

I was worried about something that had come up with my health. I was able to get an appointment for the very next day. My concern was nothing to stress about, and Dr. Padma explained why. Dr. Padma is kind, compassionate, and a real gem! Do not hesitate to see this doctor. She and her staff are truly wonderful!

My appointment was supposed to be a video call but I did not receive instructions for the call. I called because no one reached out to me during my appointment time. Dr. Chava called back 30+ minutes after my appointment time by phone and seemed like she was incredibly rushed and didn't want to be talking to me. She did not do a good job explaining my diagnosis, and pretty much just prescribed me what I thought that I needed. She then ended up hanging up before I could ask any follow-up questions.
