Cardinal Pathways, PLLC

"As a seasoned Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience, I've had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, and adults across various settings. My academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Chicago State University and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health from National Louis University. With a strong background in addiction counseling, I've worked extensively in outpatient and inpatient treatment services for mental health and addiction. As a community-focused practitioner, I provided wrap-around services to families and CPS students, promoting holistic well-being. Additionally, I delivered mental health services and participated in IEP meetings at a private therapeutic day school. My therapeutic approach is informed by evidence-based modalities, including solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and interpersonal psychotherapy. I'm passionate about empowering individuals to develop coping skills, work through inner child experiences, and cultivate self-care practices. Through my work, I aim to foster a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their challenges and tap into their resilience."
