Dr Desai saw me same day. I was in horrible dental pain on my visit and was glad he could get me in as quick as he did. His bedside manners was truly excellent. ????
In this day and age where medical staff just look through you and don't see the actual patient, Dr Desai and his staff were friendly and actually listened. I felt heard and seen.
I would definitely recommend Dr Krunal Desai anyday!!!

Everyone is super nice, place is also very very clean! They also were so quick! The dentall hygienist (didn’t catch her name) was super sweet and explained everything so clearly! The Dentist Mr. Krunal Desai was also very clear and worked with me to figure out the best way to maximize my insurance coverage! Definitely will be making this place my permanent dentist!

I am not a huge fan of dentists and told them I was a little scared and they were so nice and accommodating, they explained everything and made sure I was okay the whole time. I am very appreciative of the care I received, will be returning here for sure!

Dr. Desai is one of the finest dentists I have ever had, and his staff is also outstanding. The cohesiveness of this team is evident from the moment you walk in. Their use of technology enhances the customer experience while expediting these actions. Most importantly, it leaves the customer with a highly positive perception of Care32, backed up by these outstanding professionals' tremendous professionalism, technical skill, and hospitality. Staff was super friendly and the office was really nice! They did a really cool scan that let me see everything that the doctor sees. It was a tad cold inside because the heater had broke, but definitely not their fault!

This was my initial visit to this office. The first impression was quite positive; the front desk staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The dentist was well-informed and straightforward about the treatment plans, without any upselling or unnecessary recommendations. I went to Google, looking for a dentist, that would be able to see me on a Saturday. I booked on thursday, they sent me documents that needed to be filled out prior to my visit, i even instructed them that I would be late. Everyone was knowledgeable on their positions and titles, i went in, was given recommendations, other avenues to accomplish the goal at hand, i was well taken care of. I have zero regrets
