I have been more and short of breath. I moved to Santee a week ago. And searched and searched for the right kind of doctor. After at least 40 minutes of going over my health problems, he gave me hope that I could feel better. I cried because he gave me hope that I could feel better. What an incredible doctor!

Easy to book, Very friendly staff, quick to take me back to a room & take vitals; Dr. Saifi got to the bottom of my issue quickly, asked the right questions & was honest about what diagnosis he could provide (with lab tests) vs what a specialist would need to test for; he took his time getting to know me & my medical background & did not seem rushed; offered to follow up next day with test results & call in medication ASAP, if it's needed; overall fantastic experience- would recommend to friends & family

From the moment I checked in, the receptionists were very friendly. Great Job Carra and Giselle!! Then Mrs. Laura did an amazing job taking care of the necessary pass down to Dr. The meeting was amazing! Dr. Saifi is a great listener, truly cares and has a great sense of Humor... Dr. helped me by providing visual images and even found nearby pharmacies and labs near my location. He is truly amazing! Very genuine, driven and impactful. He seems to really care for his patients and does a really good job with educating his patients on the disease process . I am so glad to have found him to be my new PCP.

Verified the appt on the phone &inform that I needed a physical and some forms filled out pertaining to the physical for school Went over form, specifying what each page was asking for. Staff were very kind. Got there,filled out intake& also informed her about the forms. The doctor came in the room & immediately said “you think I work for free? I’m not sitting here filling out anything for free” thought it was a joke but he continued to berate me. Need titers ordered- don’t have my immunization record bc they burned down in a house fire. He said big inconvenience bc he had to spend time ordering all the labs& appt should only be 5-15 mins& he wasn’t going to work for free. He’s still trying to bill my insurance as if he did a comprehensive physical but he never laid a finger on me. Never checked breathing, ears, eyes, throat, nothing. My insurance covers an HOUR long physical& he wanted to see me for 5 minutes tops, not do a physical& then charge me out of pocket for filling out a form

I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences with doctors, but this was the rudest & most blatantly unkind I’ve experienced before. It was honestly baffling. I felt bad for the very kind receptionist. Couldn’t recommend this guy any less.
