Dr. Zhong made my dentist fears disappear. Her skills and efficiency are remarkable. She really takes the time to explain the issues and solutions and ask lot of questions to make sure the problem is well framed. Gentle operations with almost no pain. Wait time is really low, clean spaces and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend!

I want to share my experience visiting Yi Zhong, DMD's office. It was a truly transformative experience. In the past, my experiences with other dentists were incredibly stressful, to the point of being frightening. So, I searched online and found Dr. Yi Zhong. From the very beginning, I explained my needs, and the entire process of taking the x-rays was quick. The staff was supportive and guided me, making the experience much more relaxed. This is the first time I've encountered a dentist who takes the time to explain the procedure and diagnosis of the oral examination step by step in a clear and thorough manner. I am grateful to the entire staff, as they were very attentive and kind to me during my visit. I am very happy with the services I received during my first visit. Congratulations to the entire staff!??????????

Dr. Zhong is calm, friendly, and listens well. As she works she is thorough, and takes the time to explain clearly what she is doing, looking at, and what she recommends for treatment/care.
Staff is also calm and friendly. Office is clean, organized, and they utilize up to date tech.

Dr. Zhong was very professional: she told me what she was doing and why, explained photos taken and how to interpret them, and what I might consider going forward. This was my first visit and I was duly impressed - the cleaning was done with an ultrasonic device - not the barbaric scraping that I have endured for so many years. So yes, overall very good first visit.

Dr. Zhong made my experience going to the dentist for the first time in many years so comfortable. When my appointment was over I felt so good and was very happy my research paid off in finding Dr. Zhong. She is very professional and explains in great detail from start to finish of the appointment what she will be starting off with and every task going forward until the end. She has great bedside manner and shows tremendous care for her patients. She has great knowledge of dentistry and really did an exceptional job with my teeth on my first visit to the facility. Again, I hadn't gone to the dentist in many years and she never made me feel ashamed and promised that she would assist in getting my teeth back in top form. I highly recommend Dr. Zhong if you are looking for a new dentist. You will not regret it!

Dr. Zhong provided outstanding care on my first visit for an exam, cleaning, and fillings. She is very kind and makes sure you know what is happening at each step of the process, and also is very thorough and steady in her work. I appreciate her taking the time to show me the X-rays and make recommendations for my own regular cleaning based on where cavities were starting to form. I would recommend Dr. Zhong to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.

Dr. Zhong demonstrated great professionalism during dental examining, treatment planning, and dental procedures. She genuinely cared about addressing my concerns and provided me with treatment plan options. Sometimes , certain dentists may appear to aggressively recommend crowns, like salespeople trying to promote products. However, Dr. Zhong did not do that. I think Dr. Zhong is trustworthy and deserving of recommendation. I had a fantastic experience with Caresmile Dental. Thank you for providing such wonderful service.
