Dr. Adam Friedman is hands-down the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to. He’s empathetic, emotionally intelligent, incredibly knowledgeable, and explains things in a way that actually makes sense. That matters because I came in skeptical after years of bad chiropractic experiences following multiple car accidents in Alaska (black ice is real). Most chiropractors did the same 3 adjustments and sent me on my way.
After a bad fall crossing US-1, I could barely walk and needed someone in-network, so I found Dr. Friedman through Zocdoc. The onboarding process was overwhelming with constant emails, calls, texts, and a deposit request, which frustrated me.
But Dr. Friedman changed everything. He reviewed my X-rays, explained my spinal issues clearly, and helped me understand years of chronic pain. His treatment feels corrective, not transactional, and may help me avoid surgery. Highly recommend.

The office is amazing. Small, but quaint which is exactly the way it should be. Each member of the staff used my first name when addressing me which was very warm and personal. Dr. Adam’s personality, knowledge, and bedside manner was incredible. I’m excited to be a patient there because it feels like family.

I’m in a lot of pain right now and I have to address it. I will have multiple visits ahead of me but I know that I will be OK. First visit went well and I definitely plan on going back.

The treatment and care level was exceptional. The doctor was knowledgeable and caring and the staff followed up after the visit to see if I had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend both the Dr and acupuncture as an after care for spinal fusion.
