Carolinas Chiropractic and Spinal Rehab (CCSR) specializes in non-surgical care for complex spine conditions: herniated and bulging discs, sciatica, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, and pinched nerves in the neck and lower back. Since 2009, we've helped thousands of patients across the greater Charlotte area get back to work, family, and the activities they love. Our four doctors see patients at two convenient locations in Waxhaw and Pineville. OUR SIGNATURE SPINE SYSTEM Over 17 years of treating difficult spine cases, we've developed and refined a four-part approach designed to address the source of disc and nerve pain, not just the symptoms: Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression. Gentle, computer-controlled traction that relieves pressure on irritated discs and nerves, creating an environment that supports healing. Class IV Laser Therapy. A high-powered therapeutic laser that penetrates deep tissue to reduce inflammation and pain and support tissue repair. Flexion-Distraction Chiropractic Care. A gentle, low-force technique well suited to disc patients. There's no forceful twisting, so it's a great fit if you've been nervous about traditional adjustments. Active Rehab as Home Care. Targeted exercises we teach you to do at home, so you build strength, protect your progress, and reduce the chance of flare-ups. Each part works together. That combination is what sets CCSR apart, and it's why many of our patients come to us after other treatments haven't given them lasting relief. If you have an MRI or X-rays, bring them. We'll review them with you and explain what's going on in plain language. You'll leave knowing what's causing your pain, what your options are, and whether you're a good candidate for our care. If we don't think we're the right fit, we'll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction. MEET OUR FOUNDER CCSR was founded by Dr. Kyle B. Jones, a former collegiate-level anatomy instructor and the official chiropractor for NASCAR's JTG Daugherty Racing team. His mission is simple: provide the highest quality chiropractic care to as many people as possible. He believes that if more people with back and neck pain chose conservative spine care first, there would be fewer needless surgeries, fewer injections, and less back-pain disability.
