I booked an appointment but received no confirmation email or instructions. When I called shortly before my scheduled time, the provider was unaware of my appointment and rescheduled me for later that day. Despite following all instructions, I still did not receive a video link. I called multiple times at the new appointment time with no answer. The provider contacted me over 15 minutes late to inform me my payment card did not save. I attempted to resolve the issue, but the system kept rejecting it. Since the card was never stored and the delays pushed everything well past my available time, there was no valid appointment. However, I was still charged a hefty cancellation fee. When I requested a refund, she refused to make any exception and showed no understanding of how her lack of organization contributed to the problem. The lack of communication, organization, and empathy made it impossible to receive care. I would not recommend this provider.
Extremely unprofessional, always late or flakey but is so quick to charge a $200 no-show fee (plus another fee on a different platform) if you don't make it, even if you did not confirm the appointment.

The first appointment I had with her went really well, she listened & was very helpful. The next few appointments I had were the complete opposite. She’s been 25-35 minutes late to every single appointment, rushed me & it seemed like she forgot who I was. I did not feel cared for or like she was truly paying attention. She also would forget what time we made an appointment for & changed the time of it to earlier without my knowledge expecting me to be available. It seemed like she would get confused on the timing of our appointments. Her time management skills are unprofessional. Would not go to again.

The provider seemed knowledgeable, but I came in already diagnosed with ADHD by a previous NP and was hoping for continuity of care. Instead, I was required to pay $175 for a re-diagnosis and complete additional testing before treatment could continue. While I understand offices have their own policies, it felt unnecessary given my established diagnosis and made it harder to smoothly transition care.

Did not believe me regarding the fact that police and hospitals are abusive and used disrespectful language to speak to me condescendingly, such as calling my adult person a “little girl.” Do not recommend under any circumstances.

During the appointment she focused on bipolar disorder which I haven’t been diagnosed with ever I just have a higher risk genetically. I clarified that I have an ADHD diagnosis and a generalized anxiety disorder misdiagnosis. She consulted with the psychiatrist wanted to prescribe Abilify which is an antipsychotic medication with really bad side effects. When I expressed concern she asked me what I wanted then suggested Strattera which also had serious side effects and limited effectiveness in ADHD. Her focus was anxiety/bipolar which are not the issue. I spent hours researching medication options and looking at user experiences before asking her to try vyvance the next day. She agreed to a low dose which I agreed with. When I talked about LA vs IR and medication availability she immediately acted like she was scared of prescribing to me and wanted me to wait 2 weeks unmedicated for a second appointment before asking again. Ultimately a huge waste of time and money.
