Carpe Kaleido Counseling Services

Treatment is individualized for adults and teens coping with PTSD, BPD, Depression, and Anxiety. The approaches I utilize include CBT, DBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, and ART. I am currently in the process of certification as a Geek Therapist, which in short means I incorporate art, music, RPG, video games, social media trends etc., to help promote awareness and healing.
