Had a great appointment with Dr. Carroll for my first skin cancer screening. She did a small biopsy and Froze one spot but it wasn’t painful. Will return for further checkups and probably a facial.

This was one of the most distressing medical visits I’ve ever had. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and disregard for patient privacy. Staff entered the room without knocking, and at one point, I was left exposed during an exam with the door wide open to a busy hallway. There was absolutely no consideration for basic boundaries or dignity.
It was also clear that patients seeking medical care are not the priority here—cosmetic clients are. I waited over an hour and a half to be seen, only to be rushed through an impersonal and uncomfortable exam that involved multiple people in the room, with no clear communication or consent.
I left feeling humiliated and completely dismissed. This is not how any patient should be treated. I hope the office seriously reevaluates how it handles sensitive issues and interacts with patients seeking care beyond aesthetics.

The ladies working there are wonderful, represent the company and brands well. I saw Stephanie today and not Dr. Carroll, and she was excellent with my skin and questions.

Good experience and overall. Some of the documents I filled out in zoc doc had to be signed and dated in office. I was a few minutes late to my appointment (traffic due to car accident on the way) but was done within 45 minutes overall.

I’ve been to several Dermatology offices, this was the first I was impressed with. The others all of them went for biopsy’s with 2 week waiting times before any remedy was discussed. Dr. Carroll’s staff did an immediate evaluation without pushing for a biopsy.
