Welcome to my page! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 11 years of experience. My goal is for you to leave each session and our therapy journey feeling heard and valued as a person. During our time, I will work to build connections that ensure you feel supported and empowered. We will collaborate to define a shared purpose for our time together and will utilize evidence-based modalities to take steps toward your goals. My specialties are life transitions, grief, anxiety, and depression and I strongly believe that our ability to work together effectively relies on building an environment of safety and trust. I look forward to helping you navigate life's stressors, complications, and challenges. As an LCSW, I am passionate about supporting adults in their therapy journey. With professional experience in both severe and persistent mental illness and grief/end of life work, I have a wealth of knowledge to draw from. Additionally, my background as a military spouse, wife, and mother of 3 young children provides important personal experience.
