He listened carefully to my issues and concerns, and at the same time took the time to introduce himself and explain his approach so I could understand how he works and whether we were a good fit. He was very patient, well-spoken, and clear in the way he communicated. At first, I didn’t fully realize what he was doing, but once I did, I truly appreciated the thought and intention behind it.

Cary is, I'm happy to say, the best therapist I've ever had. I'm 65 years old and have been battling depression for over 50 years. As a result, I've had over a dozen different therapists through the years, and while some of them were quite helpful, Cary reached me in a way that nobody has before, and I made dramatic breakthroughs under his guidance and care. My depression is much improved and I've been able to face issues that I simply could not with any of my previous therapists. He's the best thing that's happened to me in many, many years.
