Casa Dental Group was established in 2013. We are located at the "four corners" of Concord within an underserved community where there are limited choices for a premium dental experience. With a mission to offer the highest level of dental care and give access to those without insurances, we offer our Casa Dental Plan. We also offer a full Spanish speaking team to those whom English may not be their first language. We welcome all members of the family and provide full service dental care to children and adults. At Casa Dental everyone is family and we welcome you to our new home!

I had a great experience here, the staff was all friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait long at all and the dentist clearly explained why they diagnosed me and my treatment plan moving forward. My only complaint was that the patient restroom could be cleaner.

I had an appointment for 4 PM, there was no one at the office. The office was closed. I had attempted to call the office earlier, but they don’t answer. I called the office at 4 PM and a artificial intelligence bot answered. My time was wasted I booked an appointment, I got a reminder, text of the 4 PM appointment, and the office was closed at 4 PM.

Casa dental is one of the most COZY dental offices that I’ve ever been to. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I shared my concerns and even insecurities and was comforted by everyone who took the time to listen. The first time I’ve felt that my best interest were being considered. I shared with my sister about my experience and immediately she said “send me their contact information please! I need a new dentist!” lol. I look forward to coming back.

With an appointment, the timing was smooth. Everyone knew their jobs. Hence, no delays to the workflow. Treatment was quite quick.
However, there was very significant pre-appointment documentation to perform online. I almost stopped at the last signature. It took me well over 15 minutes. Also, the Zocdoc appointment time was incorrect. Provider called me the morning of the appointment to reschedule the same day. Had I been canceled or rescheduled to a different date, this would have been the last time I ever used Zocdoc.
Casa Dental did their job very well. I have already arranged a follow-up appointment. However, Zocdoc has some kinks to iron out on their scheduler.
