I scheduled a new patient exam on Zocdoc. the office called me with less than 24 hours notice prior to my appointment to let me know that they would only be open for a half day that day and the doctor was not available at the time that I scheduled the appointment for, they then tried to schedule me for a cleaning without a doctor instead of a full exam with the doctor, after they moved my appointment to “the next available appointment” with the doctor I checked the availability and there were several earlier appointments available.
