We are an Aesthetic Dental practice focused on Smile Design and Invisalign :) If you don't have dental insurance we do offer an In-Office Dental plan you can purchase for annual rate of only $389. For your comfort we offer Nitrous Oxide for relaxation and a more enjoyable dental experience. Our focus is on Full mouth treatments with Veneers, crowns, implant restorations, Invisalign and treatment of gum disease. We look forward to establishing a long lasting relationship with you and making our office your NEW DENTAL HOME for your NEW SMILE :) We do NOT take any type of Medicaid insurance, No EPO, No DMO and No HMO plans so you will be responsible for paying full fee at appointment. All co-payments are due at the time of your visit. Broken appointments and No shows will be charged $150
