It was my first visit with Dr Chang. The office contacted me in advance to confirm my visit and get basic information. The office and exam room are clean. Everything seems to be very well organized. Dr Chang discussed with me about my dental history and did a thorough oral exam. He shared professional knowledge about my condition and provided honest recommendations.

Saw Dr. Chang for a checkup and cleaning. A very professional staff welcomed me for a thorough X-ray. Dr. Chang is very professional, communicative, and polite. He cares about the patient's feelings and explains situations well. Overall very good experience and I will come to Dr. Chang's office in the future.

All the office staff was friendly and nice.
There was no waiting time when I visited for my appointment. Dr. Chang listened well and was able to treat my tooth well. He also took the time to explain so I could clearly understand. He has a calm presence and is very kind and nice.

This was one of the best dentist appointments I have ever had. I hadn’t been to the dentist since COVID and I was having a lot of anxiety prior to the appointment. But the office saw me early and the entire process was very thorough but efficient. Super happy!!
