My practice is a neurodivergent-affirming, queer-inclusive therapy practice centered on authenticity, connection, and growth. I work with individuals, couples, and families to deepen self-understanding, strengthen emotional awareness, and support meaningful change. I specialize in working with ADHD and ASD clients who are highly self-aware and want to better understand how their nervous system and emotions interact. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in building a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for healing.
