There is an old saying that goes, "The one who has experienced it, knows it." I see this saying as being true. Therefore, I seek to understand how you are feeling in an effort to help achieve your mental health goals. I work with clients with a variety of mental health issues, including ADHD, substance use, schizophrenia, mood, and anxiety disorders. I am a board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with the ability to care for persons across the life span. I work with clients with a variety of mental health issues, including ADHD, substance use, schizophrenia, mood, and anxiety disorders. My goal is to help you become a better version of yourself through updated and safe care. I believe that a team approach is important for best outcomes which includes open and honest communication.
