Founder & CEO
Since graduating from NYCTCM (New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine) in 2019, Mr. Caulo has built his practice around a strong focus on Pain Management, Stress/Anxiety Reduction, and Treatment of Digestion Issues.
I truly believe that, in order to remain in good health, we need to understand the teachings of Chinese Medicine, which first originated thousands of years ago, and apply its wisdom to our modern lives. Achieving proper health while balancing our busy lifestyles requires a harmony of many factors. We must maintain good nutrition and pay careful attention to how we sleep, work, and live, and to how our environment makes us feel. I consider it my job to help each patient take a moment, breathe, identify the root cause of the problem, and get the treatment needed to restore balance and promote healing.
I have a wealth of honed, fully developed experience in Thai Bodywork, having practiced in Thailand for more than 15 years. Today, I use a combination of Acupuncture with Thai Yoga Bodywork, and Tui Na blended with my own unique style, to treat not only the symptoms but the root cause of pain. My joy is to see people feeling better.

Dr. Phoromyen goes above and beyond with his acupuncture skills and more. He really listens and wants to truly help, which I really appreciate. His office was extremely clean, welcoming, and easy to get to.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience at Caulo Care with Dr. Phumlarp and the other acupuncturist. The office is meticulous and conducive to healing. I've always been seen at the appointment time, had the most thorough intake process I've ever experienced and always feel like there'd ample time for my treatments and any questions I may have.
As someone recovering from an auto-immune condition, who has been to countless doctors and treatments, this is by far the most pleasant and the most instantaneously effective I've experience. I feel so lucky to have found this practice, because the difference in just 5 sessions has been immense. I've literally cried after sessions because I was so grateful by how much of my pain and fatigue were relieved.
They are very flexible in their approach, really take time to understand both symptoms and whole-body issues, take into account what I'm experiencing that day and tailor the treatments each time to maximize the effect.

I'm very glad to have found Caulo Care and have only had positive experiences during my visits. Dr. Phumlarp is equal parts cordial and professional, is easy to talk to, and is always willing to explain and check my comfortability with any technique or treatment he recommends before proceeding. The advice/suggestions I have received to ameliorate my existing issues has been thorough. On top of that, the facility is clean and incredibly peaceful. It's one of the most restorative and calming moments of my week/month whenever I go. The flexibility of the hours which I can schedule my appointments has also proven to be a big plus and is a key reason I am able to receive treatment.

Doctor Phumlarp is one of the most impeccable doctors I've had the opportunity to visit.
In general, I am very nervous when going to doctors and I have never tried acupuncture before. Doctor Phumlarp made me very comfortable in a multitude of ways: He went above and beyond when communicating, he served me water and tea, he ensured that he explained everything to me in detail, he always checked in to see how I was feeling, he even texted me in a personable and professional manner after the appointment to see how I was feeling 1 and 2 days after, additionally the technique as to how he provided acupuncture did not even hurt, and he provided me with words of wisdom for the specific situation I was facing.
I would highly recommend Doctor Phumlarp to my friends because he is very caring, personable, empathetic, emotionally intelligent, smart, humble, and very good at what he does. Additionally, he goes above and beyond for his patients!
