CDagape Counseling
My name is David Adams and as your therapist, I will be using materials, and worksheets associated with evidenced based practices of CBT, DBT, and MRT. We will have talk therapy where we identify core beliefs and cognitive challenging. Our sessions are online only, and you will receive a link on intake and how to attend the therapy session.

he’s a very sweet guy. makes you feel very comfortable right off the bat. he lets you talk and listens very well and has very wise words to say back. I plan on sticking with him as my councilor for a long time.

I would describe my experience with the provider as extremely helpful for me. I didn’t feel rushed or like I had to do a deep dive into my trauma to understand what it is I’m feeling. I feel like I was given the space to comfortably express myself. It was like talking to someone I’ve known for a long time. Instead of getting the feeling that I thought I would have before deciding to begin therapy. I look forward to future sessions and I’m happy with even the little stuff that we were able to accomplish in our first session.

It was great, David is extremely intelligent and a great listener, He helped me think about things in a way that I didn't think of before and would pause me to emphasize and help me dissect certain parts of my explanations and make checks to see if I understood what some of the loaded terminology I used meant to ensure I had a complete understanding, in addition he was extremely empathetic but would also ensure his own candidness when speaking about particular topics to help me understand my own actions. I was also surprised by just how thorough just his questionnaire was before we even spoke a word in the session and we were able to touch on all my future goals. I had a great time I feel like I learned a lot and I will be looking forward to my next session.
