My approach to therapy is eclectic and is derived from multiple theories, educational and life experiences. In a working therapeutic relationship, we can work together to understand and raise awareness to the obstacles that interfere in getting what you want out of your life. I have worked with many different kinds of issues and each one is unique to the person. I am trained in trauma-informed care and art therapy as well as in EMDR. I believe in finding a method that will help you be able to express your concerns which can be with words, art, movement, writing and play. We can use one of these modalities or a combination to better understand what your concern is and what is connected to the uneasiness.
