My only complaint is that Zocdoc drove me nuts with constant emails and texts leading up to, during and after the appointment. Three reminders in 3 days, asking if I made the appointment on time, multiple reminders to fill out admin forms when they were already completed, etc., etc.

Dr. Wachtler is a fantastic doctor. He knows exactly how to treat my issue. He takes into consideration every possible treatment. He makes his patients’ health a priority and does everything possible for you to get relief. He is very thorough, he listens and doesn’t rush. His office staff is also wonderful. They are always very thorough every step of the way. They have compassion for your health and very friendly and professional to everyone who walks into their office. Cosmetically this is an average medical office. The people made my visit exceptional. Melissa was friendly, kind and efficient at the front desk. The medical assistant who brought me in to my room was personable and welcoming. Dr Wachtler was knowledgeable, and has an excellent bedside manner.
