Very easy and pleasant experience for my visit, actually did not feel rushed at all and was explained everything in detail, including what to expect at my referral appointments given! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a primary care physician.

As a new patient, I am very appreciative of the attention given to the registering process. the staff was patient and helpful. My encounter with the attending nurse, and Dr. Shiu was very pleasant, soothing and informative. Over-all a great experience.

The office staff were so pleasant
the office manager was helpful with the problem the receptionist was having with the computer system. The wait was not long, the doctor’s assistant was kind and pleasant. The doctor was also pleasant, over all my experience was a good.
