At Celeste Brain Health, our neurologist delivers easily accessible neurology consultations. We offer in-person clinic visits at our Charlotte, NC location. We also provide telemedicine consultations in North Carolina, Texas and California. We treat common neurological disorders like migraine, chronic headaches, memory problems, ADHD, concussion, traumatic brain injury, epilepsy and more.

I saw Dr modi few weeks ago. I have resistant migraines and he prescribed ubrelvy. It has been working so far with no side effects. We will see how it goes.
