I believe everyone has a right to happiness and to heal. As someone who has gone through their own mental health struggles, I understand the feeling of being like there is no way out. As a Black femme person who is queer, chronically ill, highly sensitive, and has autism spectrum disorder and who lives in America, I understand the plight of living in a society that is against you. But that doesn't mean you deserve to suffer. I provide you a safe space to be and come as you are, tools to help bring you peace. In sessions, expect an open ear and a little silliness along the way.
