The office feels extremely outdated, and my experience with the doctor was disappointing. He spent less than two minutes with me and didn’t take the time to have a meaningful conversation or listen carefully to my concerns. My results were unclear because his handwriting was illegible—even the office assistant couldn’t read it. Overall, I would not recommend this doctor or this location.

My appointment was rescheuled to the Millburn office. I went there on time and there were seven other patients waiting. They said the wait time would be too long. I canceled and went back home.

I drove an 1.5 hours to my scheduled appointment and was told that they do not accept zoc doc appointments once i got there. Not sure why there is a disconnect but very unprofessional.

I would describe my experience to a friend by letting them know that I had a great experience. What stood out to me is that I notice how clean and nice the office is. Of course I would definitely go back cause of how nice all the people at the doctor’s office are.

Horrible office staff, got transferred 3 times to be told I wasn’t going to be able to be seen then transferred again to change the appointment then to be then told I didn’t fill out things correctly that I knowingly did, absolutely ridiculous. They literally tell you no you’re wrong, like excuse me? Needless to say I did not end up seeing this provider.

Receptionist at front desk was kind and helpful. The nurse who took into the room was kind and very knowledgeable. The doctor took time to explain things and did not rush my appointment.

They don’t call to follow up after receiving results! They don’t greet you at the window!
Abby said she will call back for allergist results and never called! I called 3 days after and got Anna who is rude. She left me on hold for 10mins never clicked back over. I hung up and called back and let her know I was left on hold and no one clicked back over, instead of apologizing she went on to say how can I help you.
If you don’t want to be in the health care field pick a new profession because you should be caring, gentle and humble in this field.
