I specialize in the treatment of young and middle-aged adults suffering from anxiety, depression, substance related issues, concerns about sexuality, and various forms of trauma. Among my particular sensitivities are people in transitional periods in their lives such as adolescents and young adults as they struggle to negotiate transitions into and out of college, into the work force, changing of jobs, and relationships. I am experienced in helping individuals find “true self” expression integrated with the many demands for compromise and conformity they face in life.
