First impression, this office smelled like tom cat and litter box, like somebody keeps a cat in the office. Almost walked out.
The gal at the window was friendly, got in to be seen almost on time.
Doctor seemed very distracted and uninterested. Didn’t lay a hand on me at all, didn’t scope my heart or lungs, just talked about family and personal medical history, ordered a blood panel and set up a follow up appointment and that was it.

The doctor was sick, which I completely understand, but barely looked me in the eye, didn’t explain anything to me and I left confused. I wasn’t told where I could go for my procedures and there were other things I wanted to bring up but because I felt like I was an inconvenience I just wanted to leave. I have a follow up with a nurse practitioner and I am hoping that goes better, because I really don’t want to go through the process of finding another doctor.

Great intuition, immediate grasp of the situation. Not like many other doctors who are too often very procedural (if a then b, if b then c, then usually prescribe the same pills) , he actually listens to you.

I was impressed with the Doctor s knowledge of my conditions and available meds for my asthma and consistent need for sleep and depression.
This is my first visit and am hoping I found my PCP doctor on the Surprise area.

I waited 30mins for my virtual appointment. When the provider final arrived his first words to me were “ what do you need” no apology for being late no introduction just plan “what do you need” I explained my concerns and he came across annoyed and in a rush. He told me he couldn’t help me and I need to come in to office not to see him but a different provider. Frustrating because the office should of reached out before my appt if he wasn’t able to help with what my Concern was. I didn’t feel heard and was extremely uncomfortable the entire 5 mins of our appt. Now I have to start over and pay another copay with a different provider. Complete waste of time and money.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Sahni since 2016 and he has always been very professional, friendly and has met all of my needs. His office staff is great, very friendly and always very helpful getting me an appointment in a pinch of I really need one. I have recommended friends and family to Dr. Sahni and they all love him.

The visit with the doctor was pleasant with a short wait time. When speaking to the office staff about my follow up and prescriptions I had to correct my pharmacy location with the office staff. They then didn't send my prescriptions to the right pharmacy.

The office is on the fifth floor near 19th avenue and Bethany home road. It is quite small with one MA and the doc. I spent a lot of time completing my forms and uploading info two days prior. But the doc said he didn’t have that info until the MA input it to the system. ?!? Vitals were taken and I reviewed my entire history and meds with the doc who put them in the computer. The only exam was taking my pulse… even this was supposed to be a comprehensive evaluation. Although bedside manner wasn’t great the doc did ask intelligent questions and reasoned through my biggest issue. I scheduled a follow up on my way out. Email received showed my follow up scheduled at the wrong office. Then when I went to get my med they had called in wrong med… These errors are making me rethink ever going back.

Dr. Sahni casually walked in, much more preoccupied with slurping his coffee than greeting and establishing rapport with his patient. He gave a diagnosis before he had even spoken to me, based on what I had briefly mentioned to the nurse (who may I add was much more attentive and concerned than the doctor ever was). He asked the routine questions, during which it was clear that he wasn't interested in my responses, as he had already made up his mind. He spoke over me and cut me off several times when I tried to give him any additional information outside of what was immediately required to answer the questions. He then listed off the labs he would order in a way that made it sound as if he was bored of me already. I understand most in the medical field are overworked but I could never imagine treating someone this way. I was and still am scared. I'm experiencing a medical issue I've never had before, and all I wanted was a bit of reassurance and compassion. 0/10 do not recommend.

The office was dirty. The bed paper had pen doodles on it when I came in from a previous customer. They don’t do labs in office. In the doctors office I had to sit in a disgusting chair with stains on it. The doctor was dismissive and aloof.

It was my first appointment, and I was very pleased and surprised that I actually saw Dr. Sahni, and not a different physician or a N.P. as it's been my experience with previous doctors. He listened to every concern I had and provided a clear path on how to tackle every one of them. His medical staff was pleasant as well. Dr. Sahni and his office deserve the high rating! I highly recommend them, and you will not be disappointed. Thanks, Centra Internal Medicine!
