Dr Pastore is the most intelligent and well-versed teaching Dr that I’ve ever had. His bedside manner is absolutely the best and he thoroughly explains your condition, the cause, and how to follow up on your care once you’re home. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Pastore is, a knowledgeable, compassionate and proficient doctor. When I was hospitalized for a foot problem a few years back, and needed a procedure , he came personally to my hospital room set up a sterile field and did it right there in the room. I didn't have the best of insurance coverage at the time and he wanted to save me the cost of the operating room. On another occasion, when I had a flare-up of gout and could barely walk, he saw me at his office on a holiday to give me a cortisone injection, which provided me complete relief. He left one of his kids sports games in order to help me out. That's the kind of person he is. I would highly recommend Dr. Pastore!! Tom Giacobbe
