What a wonderful Dr.! My daughter came in with an infection and needed an extraction. My 10 year old daughter fell in love with her. She was quick and efficient as was the office. She explained everything and was very attentive, and she was able to perform on her some necessary procedures that another dentist could not achieve with my daughter. My daughter said "She is the best dentist in the world, I love coming here and I want to come back!" and for me it's a win.

I understand that not all offices take all insurances but the office should clearly communicate with potential patients. At first the schedule on ZocDoc was wrong so I had to reschedule for a much closer appointment and my insurance was confirmed. Then an email was sent on Wednesday saying actually that they only had the medical insurance information and needed an updated dental that I unfortunately missed. While I am totally responsible for my emails, between ZocDoc and the office there are sooo many communications via text and email that I made a mistake. What annoys me so much is that the email was sent on Wednesday and since I missed it the office received no reply so why didn’t I receive a phone call before my Saturday appointment to confirm the insurance? Instead I was told when my child and I arrived on Saturday morning. The dentist could be the best dentist ever but the front office worker leaves much to be desired with how they treat potential patients.Communication is key.

I would 100% reccomend this doctor. She was so patient with my daughter who had bad experiences in the past. Seeing her made my daughter feel better about seeing the dentist again. Very gentle and kind doctor. At the end she and the staff gave amazing and helpful tips.

We came to Central Park Dentistry for my son’s first dental check up. The entire staff was so welcoming and kind, from the front office to the provider and assistant. The check in process was so easy and we were seen at the exact time of our appointment. Our dentist asked some questions before getting started, and she quickly adapted to the care my son needed. She made him feel so comfortable it was amazing to see him get through the check up without fussing like he’ll usually do at a doctor’s appointments. They even helped me with removing my tooth gem! This was not planned, but when we asked if they remove tooth gems they said they do and quickly made it possible to remove it right there with in 15 mins. I would recommend this dentist office to everyone!

Amazing! Dr. Lobo is an excellent pediatric provider who's patient, very friendly, and gentle . Not to mention she spokes English, Spanish and Danish! My daughter had a blast at her first dental visit and pediatric room is so cute and cozy. Lumia is an amazing practice and I would highly recommend to adults and children.
