Love Doctor Rafalin and the office staff. They always have appointments within a few days and the wait time is never long. They are so accessible I almost don't want to write a good review so they don't get too busy ;) He was there for me in exploring other hormonal options for menopause and that is so rare especially the three years ago that i first sought help. Great doctor and staff.

I’ve seen Dr. Rafalin twice felt completely disrespected and patronized. This most recent time, it felt as if he couldn’t be bothered with any of my questions about birth control. he prescribed me a birth control pill without talking to me about it or without me agreeing to it. I only found out later when I went to CVS to pick up other medications and saw an unexpected birth control prescription in the mix. Also during my appointment, he quickly mentioned, in passing, that I had a cyst on my ovary but did not say anything else about it, not a single word explaining what that meant for me. I didn’t feel as if I could ask a question because he had already shut down my previous ones. I know that cysts are common but I saw a different gynecologist two weeks later who expressed concern and consideration about the cyst -expressing that it was a large cyst and telling me that I needed to take care of myself and discussed following up with me in two months to make sure the cyst was shrinking.

Scheduling is super smooth, and I never had to wait long for my appointment.
Everything is done in one place — all the necessary exams and care are handled right there, which makes the whole process so easy.
The doctor is extremely kind, patient, and genuinely takes the time to listen. You never feel rushed at all.
They helped me a lot with my issue, and I truly felt cared for.

Dr. Rafalin was amazing!! I was super nervous about my apt, but once we started talking he made me feel comfortable. He answered all of my questions and concerns clearly and was very thorough. Even through my examination I felt comfortable and left with peace of mind. The staff were also nice and the office was very clean. I plan to continue my care with Dr. Rafalin, and would absolutely recommend him.

He attended and listened to all of my concerns and gave me the proper time to explain each one of the things I wanted to address. I was a new patient going in for my very first well-woman exam and Dr. Rafalin made what has the potential to be a very uncomfortable experience, a very comfortable one. He provided a seamless and pain-less physical exam, walking me through everything he did before/as he did it. He was clear and straight-to-the-point in answering questions which is helpful when navigating copious amounts of information on a topic. His bedside manner is friendly and energetic. Overall positive experience.

BEST OBGYN THAT IVE FOUND IN NYC!!! I have seen 5 different doctors, and Dr. Rafalin has been the first that I’m excited to stay with. He ensured I was comfortable and had a full discussion with me in his office before taking me into an exam room. He was able to figure out what was going on right away, and also made suggestions & recommendations on preventative actions to take for various issues. Very thorough.

Samuel and cannot be happier with his professionalism, the way he explains things, ZERO waiting time and most importantly I felt extremely comfortable in my anual visit!
