I selected this doctor based on reviews I read online and also on location (walking distance from my home).
I was impressed by Dr Schaefer’s easy going manner and confidence. He spent sufficient time with me, explained treatment options and then gave me an injection. I feel good about the visit and his care, plan to see him again for follow up. BTW, the office is one of the nicest I’ve been in.

Amazing experience!! The staff was extremely helpful and patient and Dr Schaeffer is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. I need surgery in the future but we created a plan to prolong that as long as possible. Highly recommend if you are frustrated with the options you have been given by other doctors.

Great experience overall. The staff confirmed my appointment and reviewed my OON insurance benefits ahead of the appointment. The office is clean and new and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The doctor was prompt and listened to my issues and gave me information and options and asked to followup with me in 2 weeks. Highly recommend.

Zocdoc lists Sole central park as an in network provider for many different insurance plans, however they are an out of network provider for all insurance companies as I understand it. I provided my insurance to the front desk on the way into my appointment and confirmed that they accepted it, but was never notified that I would be treated out of network.
