Unprepared and lazy staff who doesn't want to do paperwork . I had to fill the forms I already complied via zocdok. That's exactly why you are filling up all paperwork on the app so they i don't have to stay for the next 30 minutes filling up forms . This redundancy is stupidity at its finest!

All of the workers were very kind and helpful with my small child accommodations. However, the wait time to be seen for a 40 mins combined assessment was 3 hours long.. could have been longer If I didn't speak up more. Doctor provided informative information about conditioning of teeth after prolonged absent. Aside from the wait time, i'd say it was satisfactory visit.

Dr. Fernandes was so great. Her team is so friendly and patient. I went in for a consult and cleaning. They found 2 cavities and were able to take care of it right then. I did have to make a second appointment.

I was surprised to see a different dentist than the one I scheduled. It would have been nice to have received a notification stating that I would not be seeing the dentist I booked. However, he was great. He was patient, answered all my question, explained everything. I didn't feel rushed like I do in other offices. Staff was friendly. Office very clean.

The office was a bit ambiguous if they accepted my insurance (as in network). They were friendly but definitely did try to guilt trip when I wanted a second opinion .They also only do payment plans through a credit union and sneaky put it in the initial sign up forms.

I waited for a long time before being seen and then after being seen. It was very frustrating. They filled a chip in my tooth and did a very poor job.

I appreciated that the office was open on Sunday and had room for a short-notice appointment, but they didn't tell me that my insurance considered them out-of-network, and ran up a huge bill. I'd recommend them if they're in your network, but this experience left me pretty upset

Great experience! I was nervous but was seen and taken great care of. The staff are very friendly and we laughed and had a great time before, during, and even after my tooth extraction. Everyone was very caring information was detailed and understood. Highly recommend!

Prices seemed incredibly high for cleaning/exam/fillings even with insurance. They were trying to get me to apply to their credit card program and kept pushing that. Very felt shady and no real explanation of costing

Central Park West Dental Studio had very nice staff during my initial visit. The only con would be that I would have liked an explanation for what my insurance was covering and a breakdown of my fee on this initial appointment.
