The waiting area is spacious so that patients were able to wait while practicing social distancing. There were many patients waiting before me but I didn’t feel like I was too close to them so that’s good. However, the wait was over an hour. I am not sure if my wait is longer due to the fact I was a new patient. I watched another patient who came after me get to see her doctor shortly after her arrival. They seemed to know who she was already so maybe she’s a regular patient there. Other than that, the PA and the doctor was very nice. The doctor was informative and was gentle in handing my pap. She was also able to give me recommendations on how I can resolve my problems. The PA was also very gentle while drawing blood from me knowing that I always had the fear of drawing blood.

Surprisingly nightmarish attitude to their customers from the gynecologist Mikheeva. It’s perfectly normal for her to record a person at 12 am and come to work after 1 pm. It’s perfectly normal for her not to confirm a pharmacy’s request for a week and his patient can't refill his medicine. The pharmacy cannot reach her, the patient cannot reach. Administrators do not transmit information to her, but only connect to her line, on which you have to wait 20 minutes unsuccessfully, but in the end, she never picks up the phone. I have to change the doctor!

Every since time is been to this office I've had to wait over an hour. The second time I was here I had to leave and reschedule because of the wait. This is my third time here and it's been two hours. I'm still waiting to be seen. Even though the doctor good, this wait is draining. So not worth it.

Their front desk is very nice, helpful, and friendly a d their office is designed in a way that makes you feel good about going to the doctor. The doctor was gentle and respectful and I was made to feel very comfortable the entire time. All my questions were answered and they respect patients' time. I had a very good experience

The visit was short and to the point, but I was forgotten in the waiting room. My appointment was for 1:30PM and I wasn't seen until 4:03PM. And that is only because I went the desk at 3:26PM and they realized they forgot to develop a chart for me.
