If you're using Aetna QHP through CVS, Florida Blue, Medicare, or Medicaid, we cannot bill your insurance. You may continue as a self-pay patient or cancel your appointment. Our self-pay rates are: New GYN ($350), Established ($350), New Problem Visit ($350), and New OB Patient ($350). Please expect a call from us to confirm your appointment details.
We offer a full complement of services in Women’s Health including Obstetrical care, Comprehensive Well Woman care, Birth Control, STI, Peri-menopause, Menopause and Gynecologic Surgery. Minor Gynecological Surgical procedures can be provided in our office for your convenience. This allows for quicker recovery time and often results in less out of pocket cost to the patient.
Our practice in Obstetrics includes full prenatal, delivery, and post-partum care. We coordinate with a Perinatologist in the care of high-risk pregnancies. Our patients are given the best care at Baptist Hospital of Miami with experienced nurses and specialists.
We strive to develop long-term relationships with our patients to manage their health and promote their well-being.
Please note that our practice only accepts commercial insurance plans, no Medicare or Medicaid and limited Exchange plans. Please check your card carefully to make sure your specific plan is in network with our provider. After you schedule, we will be reaching out to confirm your details.
