Cha Physical Therapy utilizes unique manual therapy approach, the CHA method, an integrated art of concepts and techniques including: Muscle Energy Techniques, Soft Tissue Mobilization, Myofascial Release, Cranio-Sacral, Joint and Spinal Mobilization/Manipulation, Visceral Manipulation, Corrective Exercises, Energy & Blood Circulation Techniques, Schroth based Posture Training, Conscious Breathing, Dantien & Pelvic Breathing, CORE first movement training, and Postural Awareness & Control Training.
