Each member of the care team I interacted with was nice and helpful- from the medical receptionist to the MA to the PCP... the facility is brand new and clean... the PCP was friendly, knowledgeable about the conditions I have, and made sure to answer all my questions.

Completely thrown off guard. It wasn’t actually him who I met with. It was a young lady training. He came in at the end for maybe 3-5 min but barely. The lady pretty much over saw my appointment. I think she was a student, although she was nice, it wasn't very assuring that I was in the best care.

Dr. Rabkina was very friendly and attentive to my needs. She listened well, and she explained a condition that I have to me in terms that I could understand. She recommended the necessary follow ups that I needed and prescribed the prescription I needed. She also took the time to get me personally. She is not the person who supports you medically. It was my first time to see her, and she roughly asked my mental health, which I did not ready. She had no anxiety about my feeling. I never experienced with other Dr. if you need a warm person, she is not the one.

This is my second visit with Dr. Rabkina and I've had great experiences with both. She's very honest, calm and willing to answer any questions I have for her. I live right in Assembly Row which is extremely convenient for me, too.

I found Dr Andalcio to be fantastic. I've had the same Dr for 15 yrs and was apprehensive when I was forced to change. Dr Andalcio and his staff immediately put that to rest. Felt they listened and responded to any questions or concerns I had. Huge relief!
